I have discovered you through Janet Rörschåch. I saw her response to YOUR comment on HER blog and when she said you were a blessed man, I was confused! OK, OK, to be honest, I was a bit mad. Doesn’t she see my picture? D’oh, then I felt like a fool when I saw were were two Dales! What a lucky find… I of course went to see what you were up to and liked what I have read – so far!
What a great introduction. Life is filled with kismet and roads that take us to unintended destinations. All the more wonderful to find a rare namesake and one who has remarkably similar interests, indeed. I do hope you continue to enjoy what you find in these pages and I look forward to discovering yours as well. I’ve quite enjoyed the photos and moments you’ve captured on your blog. Well-done. 🙂
I’m thrilled to hear such great news. It is such a great project and if I played any small part in your joining, I’m humbled. Thank you. I look forward to your contributions and learning more about food through the lens of your own experience. 🙂
Thank you. 🙂 It was an expected discovery at 4:30am this week … a strange weather phenomenon where we had fog and the temperature was still just below freezing. It was blissful to out there, even at that early hour, with my dog, the quiet, the wetness of the air, and the warmth of street lights captured in the fog. It really looked like this ….

Oh, and I forgot to mention… it was almost eerie to see we have the same likes (food, eating, cooking, preparing, drinking, writing, photography….)
