Lighted rings hold us tight
A tongue erupts from the gash
Imprints our eye with silver light
And as the pebble falls below
Heaven paints the liquid fabric
Wrap my dreams in sunshine glow
Wisps of graphic that flit like magic.

Thanks for visiting my blog. I, too, was worried about disconnected images detracting from the focus of my main blog, so I not only started an ancillary blog, but I’ve added the challenge of trying to make all my photos somehow connect to my main theme of travel. If I can take a new one at the right time, great; if not, I go digging in the vaults and I feel no guilt! Oh, and I like your photo!

Oh yah, I see a twinkle in the splash. Very metaphoric poetry. You should join other photographers challenges. They have a good time and I enjoy reading their post.

That’s good feedback, thank you. I wasn’t sure about joining even the single challenge, was worried about too much structure and of confusing my readers with all these disconnected pictures, but it has actually been a lot of fun, so I might just do that in the new year.
