Forever is a Time …

Forever is the light
a sunset
a candle
the dim light upon our eyes
I watch …
it fades
and time remains.

Forever is a moment,
a leaf
the sky
a season caught in two,
I pray …
to believe
a cycle eternal.

Forever is a time
a watch
a hand
a life line wanders
I hold it tight …
it leaves its mark
Flies upon relativity.

Forever is my love
changing as it matures
winding as it grows
imprinted upon the sky
It is … simply.

Forever is a time,
a sunset
a watch
a leaf
a love I hold for you.
