Water gold and you
one love precious and pure
unfathomable ….
You cleanse my spirit
sifting through my shoals
baptized by ripples of sea
You pan my history
releasing my secrets
mining my life’s nuggets
You forge in me a life
smelted with a ray of blue
an ingot borne of water.
You hammer my heart
into a sheet of gold
a ruddy fire of light …
