Your figure is sculpted upon the sky
Hips pressed against my gaze
You are sex upon my eye
You drift upon the history
Swaying your skirt upon the wind
Captured within your memory
You stride upon the cityscape
Propelled with classic symmetry
Fashion wrapped around tradition’s drape
Your are a sultry figure
A mother to children who play
Cool shelter underneath to linger
Your are a parasol against the heat
A torso intertwined within desire
A swaying figure upon the street
Your are architecture fixed in space
A presence that connects me with your lines
Steel made flesh and filled with grace.

One of those great poems where everything works – the words and photography!

Thank you. It is a beautiful dance to be part of where the words and the images find their feet together in (a hoped for) harmony. 🙂
