This is a stunningly gorgeous shot. It is ethereal and surreal – flower-petal clouds and the caterpillar at once soft, delicate and stout. Chrysanthemums, I think? I can almost smell them…
Thank you for that. Yes, there was a magic in the way the depth of field and light came together to play with the high contrast of this beautiful caterpillar on the Mums (yes). We had fun together for quite awhile. 🙂
