To see the world with different eyes is to live differently. There is an incredible beauty to the snow, trees, and ice again a perfect and rich blue sky … which was on display when I took these, the next to last in my Ice Storm series. Yet to take away the colour of the sky leaves a world in contrast, of dark iron trees and branches with hammered sterling silver reflecting the light. Our cold frozen world is thing of stunning beauty which I am truly thankful to have braved the minus 25 to have experienced and captured.

all your frozen in time serie was amazing, but this last entry with all the branches turned into black and white did gave the dramatic contrast you wrote about. Loved it!
