Thanks Jess. I think that one of the reasons I’m so drawn to many natural photographs is because of their ephemeral quality … they are moments in time, exactly, as you say. They are beautiful, momentous, extraordinary and somehow intimate because I got to be there when this happened. To be able to even try and capture it and share it with a wider audience, well, it’s a privilege. To have others see in them what I saw by being there … is deeply connective. I’m glad you both were part of the experience and can validate their veracity. Hugely special and big smiles returned. 🙂
